We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our service:

Account information: Name and email address, collected during registration for authentication purposes.
Payment information: Payment transaction IDs are stored to verify purchases. We do not store credit card numbers, bank details, or other payment instrument details — all payment processing is handled by Razorpay.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect or Store

Brokerage statements: Your uploaded CSV files are processed entirely in your browser. They are never uploaded to our servers, stored in our database, or transmitted to any third party.
Financial data: We do not store trade details, portfolio positions, capital gains computations, dividends, or any other data derived from your brokerage statement.
Tax information: PAN, assessment year, residential status, and other tax configuration data entered by you are processed locally in your browser and are not stored on our servers.
Generated workbooks: The Excel files are generated in your browser and downloaded directly. We do not retain copies.

3. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate you and manage your account.
To process payments via Razorpay.
To communicate with you about your account if necessary.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Supabase: For user authentication and account management. Subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.
Razorpay: For payment processing. Subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
Vercel: For hosting. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your name and email address for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Payment transaction records may be retained as required by applicable law.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — specifically, authentication session cookies required for you to remain signed in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies.

7. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your account information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

This service is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
